1. Download the TOMSA Agreement here & return a signed copy (initialled on every page) to membership@tbcsa.travel OR fill in the TOMSA Agreement online

2. Once your application has been approved and registered, you can begin adjusting your pricing and accounting system to accommodate the collection of the levy. *

3. And you’re off… Levy collection begins! Remember to submit proof of monthly payment to tomsa@tbcsa.travel
*We will send you a signed copy of the agreement, the TOMSA code of conduct, and the TOMSA welcome letter. Remember to update your finance, marketing and frontline staff about TOMSA.
HOW DO I APPLY THE TOURISM LEVY INTO MY PRICING STRUCTURE?
Depending on the market segment you operate, the levy is applied as follows:
- Tour Operators : R3.00 per person, per tour
- Car Rental : 1% charge per car rental
- Accommodation : 1% charge on room rate
- Travel Agents : 1% charge on agent’s service fee (inbound and outbound)
