How to become a Levy Contributor

This will automatically send a copy of your completed form to our membership team.
Our team will send you a confirmation of your registration with a goody bag of all the info you need to adjust your prices to reflect the 1 percent levy collection.
As a contributor you will be issued with a TOMSA Certificate after 12 consecutive months of contributions.
Contributors receive monthly updates from the TOMSA team so that you can stay up to date with the important stuff, like how to pay over the contributions.
Collecting the levy and not paying over is a criminal offence and constitutes fraud.
